5:30PM Ping Pong Ball Begins

What is the attire?
The attire is business casual. Many guests will be joining us after work and will arrive in anything from jeans to suits to cocktail attire.
Will I receive physical tickets to the event?
You will not receive physical tickets to the event – your name will held at registration.
At check-in, you will be asked to provide your contact information and a credit card. If you have not provided your name, your guest(s) name(s) or mobile number, please contact info@jacksonchance.org. Providing this information will expedite your check-in.
Is there parking?
$25 valet parking will be available for event guests. There are limited spots available so please arrive early if you plan to valet. Limited paid street parking is available surrounding Morgan Manufacturing.
What are the closest CTA lines?
The closet CTA lines are Pink and Green both stopping at the Morgan St station.
Will coat check be available?
Yes. Complimentary coat check will be available at the Morgan Manufacturing.
Is there an auction?
Yes! Click here to preview the 8th Annual Ping Pong Ball Auction. The auction will open Tuesday, November 8th at 10:00am. Everyone who provided their mobile number during registration will receive a text message with their personal auction link when our auction goes live.
What if I don’t receive a text message with my personal auction link?
Then we do not have your mobile number. Please send your mobile number to info@jacksonchance.org and we will get your bidding in no time!
Can’t attend, but can I still bid on auction items?
Yes! Click here to register for the auction and you will receive a text message you’re your personal auction link.
Where do I check-in for the tournament?
As a tournament player, you will follow the standard check-in process and then you will be directed to the Tournament Headquarters where you will check-in with the tournament master. Don’t worry, our volunteers will direct you!
Will there be food and beverages?
WILL THERE! The Ping Pong Ball have four food stations to fill up your belly and three bars to keep you plenty hydrated. All food and beverage is included in the ticket price!
Will there be entertainment?
Yes! Event Activities include a personalized Fashion Illustration by Kristen Steiner, giant lite brite to honor your NICU baby, Take-A-Chance 50/50 raffle, and arcade games that will blast you right back into your childhood, such as Jenga, pop-a-shot, and skeeball. Emmett Kyoshi will be painting LIVE at the Ping Pong Ball and will be auctioning the completed masterpiece! Music will be provided by the Chicago Blackhawks Official DJ, Calvin Cornel, and you won’t want to miss some of Chicago’s favorite chi-lebrities and athletes compete for the ultimate bragging rights in our table tennis tournament.
Will there be a program?
The program will begin at 7:00pm and will including our emcee, Kye Martin from NBC5 Chicago, our co-chairs, DJ White Shadow and Jerry Azumah, this year’s Owl Give Award sponsor, Alex Jacobson, and our founder, Carrie Meghie. Our Owl Give Award Winner will be announced during the program and a mission video featuring a very special family who was impact by our NICU Transportation Program.
Is my donation 100% tax-deductible?
Donations are 100% tax-deductible. Each ticket that was purchased individually or with a sponsorship is valued at $90 and the remainder of the purchase is tax-deductible.
