Hi, my name is Fallon!

Although I am an angel now, I spent 137 days on a ventilator in the Lurie Children’s Hospital NICU. I was potentially supposed to be in the NICU for a year or more. The Jackson Chance Foundation helped my family focus on spending time with me every single day and focusing on my health care, instead of worrying about the financial impact of parking fees. I loved spending time with my mommy, my grandmother, my grandfather, my aunt, and my uncle!!
