What is the attire?
The attire is business casual. Many guests will be joining us after work and will arrive in anything from jeans to suits to cocktail attire.
Will I receive physical tickets to the event?
You will not receive physical tickets to the event – your name will held at registration.
At check-in, you will be asked to provide your contact information and a credit card. If you have not provided your name, your guest(s) name(s), email, or mobile number, please contact info@jacksonchance.org. Providing this information will expedite your check-in.
Is there parking?
Street parking is available surrounding SPIN. Valet is available at the House of Blues or the Hotel Chicago – this valet is not associated with SPIN or Jackson Chance Foundation.
What are the closest CTA lines?
The closet CTA station is State and Lake.
Will coat check be available?
Yes. Complimentary coat check will be available at the SPIN Chicago.
Is there an auction?
Yes – this year’s the Ping Pong Ball will host a Live Auction and Super Silent Auction. Take a look at some of the Live Auction packages you are able to bid on at the event!

How do I sign up for the tournament?

Where do I check-in for the tournament?
As a tournament player, you will follow the standard check-in process and then you will be directed to the Tournament Headquarters where you will check-in with the tournament master. Don’t worry, our volunteers will direct you!
Will there be food and beverages?
WILL THERE! The Ping Pong Ball have passed apps and food stations to fill up your belly and three bars to keep you plenty hydrated. All food and beverage is included in the ticket price!
Will there be entertainment?
Yes! Event Activities include a personalized Fashion Illustration by Kristen Steiner, customized embroidery for your choice of JCF swag, and arcade games that will blast you right back into your childhood, such as Jenga and Skee-Ball. Music will be provided by SPIN’s Offical DJ, and you won’t want to miss some of Chicago’s favorite chi-lebrities and athletes compete for the ultimate bragging rights in our table tennis tournament.
Will there be a program?
The program will begin at 7:30pm and will including our chair, Ed Kruschka, our founder, Carrie Meghie, the live auction led by David Goodman, a very special family who was impact by our NICU Transportation Program, Kelli and Ryan Swartzendruber and our Owl Give Award Winner will be announced! You DO NOT want to miss this!
Is my donation 100% tax-deductible?
Donations are 100% tax-deductible. Each ticket that was purchased individually or with a sponsorship is valued at $90 and the remainder of the purchase is tax-deductible.
