Edward Kruschka, Executive Vice President and Partner of Reflection Window + Wall, joined the company in 2005 and is responsible for overseeing domestic manufacturing, project management and financing activities as well as playing a key role in client relations and implementation of business strategies.

With 250+ employees across 23 US markets and seven countries, Reflection’s primary focus is the design, manufacturing and installation of high-end fenestration systems. Reflection, one of the largest glazing contractors in the US, has elevated skylines across the country by providing the exterior envelope for some of the most prestigious and tallest residential buildings in America. Reflection recently completed installation on the most expensive residential units in New York.

Prior to joining Reflection, Mr. Kruschka owned and operated an IT consulting and marketing firm for 5 years after leaving a Client Portfolio Management position at Chicago-based LaSalle Bank.

Mr. Kruschka, a former preemie himself, graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Finance and lives in Chicago with his wife Karyn and two sons Charlie and Henry (also a former preemie). Mr. Kruschka is a proud supporter of the Jackson Chance Foundation, the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, Friends of the Highline in NYC and HACIA in Chicago. Additionally, Mr. Kruschka enjoys running, ice hockey and wakeboarding.
