NICU Welcome Bags
Jackson Chance Foundation provides Welcome Bags to babies/families who are admitted into the NICU. These bags contain a welcome letter from JCF founders, Carrie and Terry Meghie, a JCF brochure and event information, keychain, reusable bag, pop socket, car decal, milestone cards, garage instructions specific to each hospital, and most importantly the parking pass. (some materials will be missing or replaced based on availability)
Age Requirement: All ages welcome
Volunteers under 18 will need a parent or guardian
NICU Milestone Cards
Jackson Chance Foundation provides Milestone Cards to celebrate each NICU baby’s milestones within the NICU! These 11 cards are places within the NICU Welcome Bags which gets distributed to each family admitted into the NICU.

Owl Ride for Jackson
Set Up and Rider Check- In: Help JCF with set up of start line and check in riders upon arrival
Rider Cheering Squad: Cheer riders on as they approach finish line each day (Saturday in Valparaiso and Sunday in Chicago)
Road Crew: Help facilitate rest stops and assist riders along the Owl Ride route
Location: Chicago, IL & Valparaiso, IN
Commitment time: One day or two days (4-6 hour commitment each day)
Age Requirement: All ages welcome

Ping Pong Ball Volunteer
Check In/Check Out: Upon arrival, assist guest in check in, assign them a mobile bidding number, and answer any questions guests may have about the event. | Assist guests in check out who have won auction items, raffles or have given a donation during the event.
Auction: Assist auctioneer in spotting bidders during the live auction and donors in the fund-a-mission portion of the program. Encourage guests to bid and donate to the help critically ill babies and their families.
Photography:Capture guest names and information as event photographer captures event. Encourage guests to post and tag Jackson Chance Foundation on their personal social media pages.
Greeter and Floor Volunteers: Range from managing and maintaining practice tables, event activities, welcoming guests and answering questions to assisting vendors.
Set Up: Help JCF staff prepare the Ping Pong Ball event before guests arrive.
