Interim Executive Director
Erin McPartlin is a seasoned nonprofit consultant with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management and purpose-driven leadership. As the Interim Executive Director for the Jackson Chance Foundation, Erin brings valuable insights and expertise to the team and board members, helping JCF navigate the complexities of strategic growth, impact, and sustainability. She has a deep understanding of the clarity, leadership, organizational design, and infrastructure necessary for long-term success.
Erin specializes in guiding teams through essential processes that clarify their organization’s identity, capacity, needs, and priorities. Her approach fosters forward-focused, 360-degree leadership, driving growth, innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
Recognizing the delicate ecosystem within each organization, Erin is particularly skilled at supporting organizations during leadership transitions, working closely with boards and search teams to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transitions. Erin is serving as the Interim Executive Director at JCF into the fall 2026.
After 22 years as an Executive Director, Erin transitioned to full-time consulting, offering advisory and interim support to nonprofit organizations. She holds a degree from Marquette University and remains actively engaged in her community in and outside Chicago, where she and her husband have (almost) raised their four daughters.
