Ivona Kutermankiewicz
Real Estate Broker | Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Koenig Rubloff Realty Group
Ivona Kutermankiewicz is a Chicago-based real estate broker and co-founder of the IKGroup at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. Originally from Poland, Ivona moved to Chicago in her early twenties and quickly discovered her passion for helping people make one of life’s most meaningful decisions - finding a place to call home. Her journey and values are deeply rooted in community, empathy, and service, which naturally extend beyond her real estate career.
As a board member of the Jackson Chance Foundation, Ivona is especially focused on ensuring that parents can be present for the small, everyday moments that mean everything when a child is in intensive care. Through her involvement in fundraising events like the Owl Ride for Jackson and the Ping Pong Ball, she helps provide families with the practical support that keeps them connected during the most uncertain times of their lives.
Ivona lives in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood with her husband, Steven, and their two rescue dogs, Atlas and Thor. Outside of work, she enjoys modern architecture and design, international travel, and staying active - she’s even earned a Boston Marathon medal that hangs proudly in her office. A devoted dog mom and passionate gardener, Ivona finds joy in life’s details, whether tending to her plants or planning her next adventure.
