"Taylor was one of the first nurses to help us in the NICU. My daughter wasn’t an easy case, and Taylor never left our side. Even when switching units, she was right there. Every surgery day even if she had to pick up a shift, she was there.

She taught me everything I needed to know to understand my daughter’s situation and helped me advocate. She made me step outside for fresh air and made sure I didn’t skip meals. She is family to us.

When others thought the worst, she spoke positivity over my daughter. When we prepared to transfer to our next hospital, she was there every step of the way and checked in often as she knew I was still facing my weekdays in the NICU alone because my husband had to work.

Even today, we are still in touch and she is rooting for my daughter. She now has her own daughter. I believe she deserves the world. She caught my tears and made me laugh. Always going far above and beyond.

She took the time to work with me so I could be as hands on as possible with my daughter, allowing me to feel like I had space to truly mother my child.”
