Rebecca has served as the Marketing, Communications, and Development Associate at Jackson Chance Foundation since 2025, where she develops and executes social media strategy across multiple platforms, creates content, manages community engagement, connecting with and nurturing relationships with NICU families. Rebecca also contributes to organizational development by writing grants and supporting donor relations.

Before joining JCF, Rebecca worked as an in-house litigation attorney for the United States Postal Service, managing advisory matters, conducting trainings, and distilling complex information into clear communications. In recent years, she has also built online communities as a content creator and social media strategist. She is thrilled to be applying her unique experience for a mission-driven nonprofit organization like JCF.

Rebecca earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Management with a minor in Business from Indiana University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and finding inspiration in everyday moments.
