"Chelsea is the most caring and thoughtful primary to MJ. She always has his best interests at heart and fights every day for what is best for him. She takes time out of each shift to make sure he gets out of bed to be held, reads to him daily, and makes the cutest crafts and signs. She advocates for him, and with her care he has really flourished. You can tell how happy he is when Chelsea is at work.

In addition to being such a loving primary, she is a fantastic co-worker. She is always so willing to help with anything you need at work, going out of her way to make your day easier. I believe Chelsea deserves to win this award because of how dedicated and loving of a nurse she is. She is everything this award embodies, and it is a pleasure to be able to work alongside her and see the care she gives MJ.”
