"Nicole was the perfect combination of professional and motherly in all the advice she shared with us regarding our son, River, during his stay in the NICU. We appreciated that her guidance came not only from her experience as a nurse, but also from her life as a mother of two. She was lovely to learn from, and we are certain that she treats all of her patients with the same care and affection. Nicole is a true superhuman, and she instilled in us the confidence we needed to be great parents as well. She taught us about feeding, diaper changes, circumcision care, soothing techniques, and how to support each other as partners.
